Help callers take the next step, even when your team is busy.
Bookline handles forwarded calls using your approved business information. Depending on your setup and the caller's needs, it can offer available appointments, take a message, or attempt a transfer to your team.
The audit link opens your email app; nothing is sent until you send the email. 14-day trial on your own line · no setup fee on a three-month start · month to month after that
What you get
How it works
We set up the agreed call flow with your business, check its behavior and help you operate it. Availability and enabled features depend on the tested setup.
- 1.Your carrier forwards the calls you can't take
Configure supported conditional forwarding with your carrier for busy periods or after hours. We check the forwarding and fallback paths with you before service starts; your team keeps answering other calls.
- 2.The assistant follows your approved call flow
It says it is your office assistant, asks the three to five questions your office needs, and answers questions only from the facts you approved — hours, address, parking, services. Prices and advice stay with your team.
- 3.Choose the next step for the caller
When calendar booking is enabled, offer available times and report the confirmed result. Other calls may need a message or transfer attempt. Your team's availability determines whether a person can connect.
- 4.Review call records and follow-up
Review available summaries and outcomes in your workspace. Notifications and recordings depend on the enabled service and processing status. Owners can update supported settings; other changes go through support.
Who it is for
Appointment-driven businesses with one to ten staff and one person on the phone: med spas and chiropractic offices first, then personal-injury and immigration law firms, then owner-operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops.
- Marketing started working and the phone became the bottleneck.
- The front desk is with a patient, the owner is on a job, the firm is in court.
“I don't need more leads — I need to answer the ones already calling.”
The boundaries we require
These rules guide the service. Each business's call flow and fallback must be tested before activation.
- Never quotes or negotiates prices, never confirms insurance coverage, never gives medical or legal advice, never runs a conflict check.
- Offer only calendar-returned availability and confirm the result of a booking attempt. An unavailable slot or failed booking needs a clear next step.
- Disclose the automated assistant. Attempt a transfer when requested; if no one connects, take a message using the agreed fallback.
- Outbound follow-up requires a separately enabled, tested workflow and contact permission. Planned features are not enabled by a plan name alone.
- Ask only for necessary booking and message details. Recordings, transcripts and summaries can still contain sensitive information; storage and deletion need an agreed, verified policy.

Sensitive information can appear in calls, recordings, transcripts and summaries. Before service starts, confirm the permitted use, required agreements, recording notice, access and retention settings for your business. This page does not establish that those checks are complete.
Start with your own numbers
Request a free missed-call audit by email. We agree the number and test schedule with you before placing calls, then review what answered and your own value estimates. Sending an email requests the audit; it does not confirm a scheduled test.
